At Lost1found.com, we stand by our products and want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy.

       You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your Lost1found.com products if you are not satisfied.

       To receive a refund, you must ship the Lost1found.com products back to us at your expense.

       Your refund will be for the amount you actually paid for the product (excluding shipping fees).

       If you used a gift card, store credit, or promotional discount, your refund will reflect the actual amount paid out-of-pocket, not the full product price.

Defective or Incorrect Items:

       If you received a defective or incorrect Products, you must contact customer service within 10 days of receipt and provide a photo of the issue and email at info@lost1found.com

No Exchanges:

       We do not offer exchanges or replacements.

Order Cancellations:

       Due to our fast shipping process, orders cannot be canceled or changed once placed.

How to Initiate a Return:

1.    Contact via email at Elost1found@gmail.com our Customer Service Team within 30 days of delivery.

2.    We will provide return instructions and the return address.

3.    Ship the products back to us using your preferred carrier.

4.    Once received, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

💡 Note: We do not refund original shipping costs, only the amount paid for the product itself.
